Name and brand
Creating the name and the visual identity.
Name, brand, website, links to management systems and ongoing communication support.
Suvicar is one of the few projects in the portfolio that brings together the agency's three disciplines in the same piece of work: design, development and marketing. The recorded scope includes the name, the brand, the website, the links to the management systems and ongoing communication support.
Projects like this have a difficulty of their own: the three fronts move at different speeds. The brand gets settled quickly, the website depends on it, and the links to other systems depend on third parties. If the phases aren't coordinated, the project ends up with a finished website waiting on data.
The order was the usual one: first the name and brand, then the build, and communication last. What changes in a project with integrations is that the technical assessment starts early, in parallel with the design, because that's the part that can hold up everything else.
The links between systems always serve the same goal: that information gets entered once, and two lists stop drifting apart. The website was built on top of the brand once it was settled, and the communication support started once there was something to communicate.
The agency's three disciplines in the same project, delivered in phases and coordinated with each other, so that none of them was left waiting on the others.
