The brief
Toptronics is a company in the Aveiro district that provides technical services, specialising in electrical installations and electromechanical maintenance. It asked us for web development and to build the website.
Technical companies like this one almost always face the same communication problem: the work is competent and provable, but stays invisible. Anyone looking for a partner for an installation or a maintenance contract wants two quick answers — what services the company does, and where it has already done them.
The approach
We developed a dynamic website, with the company's services and the portfolio of completed work in the spotlight. These are the two fronts that support the decision to get in touch, and so they were what defined the page structure.
Being dynamic, in this case, means the company can add jobs and services without depending on us for every change: a technical company's portfolio grows at the pace of the work itself. The web development was done with that independence in mind, and the website was built to be read on a phone, which is where these searches usually start.
